History of Phone History Report
- PHR has been in operation since 2001. Although the name has changed in the past few years, ownership has not. The original name was Cellular Industry Phone History Report aka CIPHR. We are a small team of developers who provide several security services beyond PHR to carriers and wholesalers alike. In 2008 we assisted in recovery attempts of over 15,000 phones.
